ur Sydney studio.

About the Role

As the
Office Manager
, you'll be the heart of our Sydney office — ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly while fostering a welcoming, professional, and creative environment.

This is a dynamic and hands-on role that calls for a
resourceful, proactive, and highly organised professional
who can anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep our team supported with confidence and discretion.

You'll coordinate everything
from meetings, travel, and facilities to office budgets and supplier relationships,
working closely with local leadership and our global administration and central services teams.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage daily office operations and uphold Foster + Partners' standards across all areas of the

studio.

  • Coordinate meeting and travel arrangements, logistics, catering, and client hospitality.
  • Oversee financial administration including invoices, budgets, and vendor accounts.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers, and building management.
  • Maintain effective communication with teams in London and across our global offices.
  • Support a culture of excellence, confidentiality, and collaboration in every interaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in
    office management
    or senior administration within a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Professional, reliable, and discreet — a true ambassador for the Foster + Partners brand.
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a global team.
