Hello, this is Hero Sushi.

Hero Sushi is a Sushi Takeaway and Restaurant brand operating approximately 50 stores across Australia, with most stores managed directly by the head office. As we continue to expand, we are looking to hire a Manager.

[Position]

  • Manager (Full-time, flexible schedule, approximately 45 hours per week)
  • Priority hiring for Chatswood and George Street stores
  • Long-term commitment, capable of store management and team leadership

[Salary]

  • Training period (probation 4–6 weeks, depending on individual capability): $29/hour
  • After training, depending on store size: $31.5–$33/hour

Adult, Hourly, Before tax + 12% Super + Annual leave + Sick leave

Weekend rates x1.25–1.5, Public holidays x2.25, Overtime x1.5 or x2 as applicable

[Responsibilities]

  • Store operations and management
  • Team supervision and staff training
  • Sushi and menu quality control
  • Managing and reporting store sales

[Requirements]

  • Must have a TFN
  • Visa holders eligible to work full-time
  • Flexible availability
  • Good health
  • Able to communicate in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $29.00 per hour
