At CCNSW we understand that nothing feels better than doing work you really care about. We know that almost 1 in 2 Australians are affected by cancer during their lifetime, by joining the passionate team at CCNSW you'll know that each day the work you're doing will positively impact people in your life and Australia.

About The Team
The Cancer Prevention and Advocacy Division (CPA) leads the organisation's work in cancer prevention, screening, policy and advocacy, to reduce smoking, improve sun protection behaviours, increase the proportion of people that are a healthy weight, reduce harmful levels of alcohol consumption and improve screening program participation. We work closely with the NSW government and community to advocate for change to address key issues in cancer prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment, and care.

The team works to enhance community knowledge, attitudes, and behaviours related to UV exposure and protection. The team does this by providing information and resources, and by developing innovative programs and services in the settings where people live, work, learn and play.

About The Role
The key purpose of this role is to develop, implement and evaluate key sun protection programs and initiatives targeting children, adolescents and young adults in the education setting to reduce skin cancer in the NSW community.
