Role Description

This is a full-time, Office based role for a Project Manager based in Rose Bay, NSW. The Project Manager will oversee project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and delivery within budget and time constraints. Daily tasks include coordinating logistics, managing timelines, expediting schedules, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and conducting inspections. The Project Manager will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion
  • Strong capabilities in Project Management, including task allocation, risk assessment, and timeline tracking
  • Experience in conducting Inspections and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Knowledge of Logistics Management, including inventory control and supply chain coordination
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the residential or commercial construction sector is an advantag
  • Management of project controls – cost control and project forecasting
  • Resolve critical issues throughout the project life-cycle
  • Management of contract administration, head contract and subcontracts (progress claims, variations, EOT's invoicing in project/ contract delivery)
