About the Role:

We're currently looking for an enthusiastic Shutdown Administrator to join our team supporting our Newman branch.

This role is available for applicants either Perth or Newman locals either on a 5:2 or 8:6 roster

Pay rate / salary dependent on experience, selected roster and location and will be disclosed at interview.

Job Duties:

  • Check and review site access forms for personnel including creating new profiles / registrations
  • Assist in the management of Compliance and Training records for personnel, including booking training requirements
  • Plan and review for all upcoming shutdowns / build jobs in FCC, including Labour and resource planning
  • Plan and request hire equipment / raise PO's as required
  • Payroll/Timesheet Approvals
  • Book new and periodic medicals and DAS's
  • Experience with LRS & FCC desirable personnel scheduling systems
  • Experience with People Logistics (flights / accommodation)
  • Experience with shutdown / project work desirable
  • Must have fixed plant maintenance shutdown experience - 2yrs or longer 
  • Must have personnel logistics management experience - 2 yrs or longer 
  • Must have experience in systems (Inflight, workflow, enable logistics, ERMS, LRS)
  • Mobilisation experience desirable
  • Fleet management experience desirable
  • Billing, invoicing, payroll/timesheet, purchasing experience required

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Valid driver's licence
  • White Card
  • National police clearance – within 12 months old or ability to apply
  • Pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screening prior to commencement
