- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose analytics solutions.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and integrity across multiple business units and large datasets.
- Build and optimise data models, troubleshoot performance issues, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Contribute to data quality improvements, innovation, and technology evolution.
- Support adoption of BI solutions by providing guidance and technical support to business users.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a commercially minded data professional with:
- 3+ years' experience in a Data Analyst role.
- Strong technical skills: Power BI, DAX, Power Query and SQL (data extraction, joins, subqueries, window functions, stored procedures).
- Experience working with Data Warehouses, Data Lakes (Azure highly regarded).
- Familiarity with data modelling tools and ETL/ELT processes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Data Analysis, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (desirable).
- Business acumen in Retail, Wholesale or Trade environments highly regarded.

- Opportunity to join an Australian owned, ASX listed company and work with an iconic brand.
- Asia Pacific's leading provider of vehicle parts, accessories, equipment, service and solutions.
- Opportunity to make a genuine impact in a growing organisation.
- Potential for career growth and personal development.
- Exclusive discounts and benefits across our Burson Auto Parts trade stores as well as our retail stores including Autobarn, Opposite Lock, Midas Australia, and ABS Service Centres.
- Industry Leading Paid Parental Leave & Employee Assistance Program.
