Resourceful Recruitment is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support a major data centre migration project based in Adelaide.

In this role, you’ll act as the critical link between technical teams, project management, and business stakeholders - ensuring alignment, clear communication, and smooth execution as applications transition from an existing on-premises data centre to a new facility.

This position suits someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and can bridge technical detail with business impact.

About the role

- Support planning and execution of migration activities, including cutover, testing, validation, and post-migration sign-off.

- Translate technical requirements into business impacts and communicate effectively across all levels.

- Develop and maintain migration plans, change control records, and documentation.

- Ensure adherence to change management and governance processes.

- Mediate between technical feasibility, delivery constraints, and business priorities.

Requirements

- 5+ years business analysis, IT project coordination, or technical program management.

- Knowledge of data centre migration processes - cutover, downtime, failover, disaster recovery.

- Strong understanding of infrastructure components including servers, networking, databases, and application dependencies.

- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts in clear business language.

- Experience supporting enterprise-scale data centre or transformation projects.

- Exposure to cloud or hybrid migration projects (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Desirable
