ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Test Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery and quality of our Workforce Management ERP initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on functional and integration testing, with a focus on UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) or similar Workforce Management platforms. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for quality assurance in enterprise applications.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for WFM ERP modules (UKG experience highly desirable).
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure system reliability and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to validate requirements and deliverables.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, ensuring transparency and timely communication.
  • Support data migration, system interfaces, and end-to-end process validation.
  • Provide test progress updates, metrics, and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing testing insights and recommendations.

MORE ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience as a Test Analyst or QA Analyst, ideally within ERP and Workforce Management (WFM) implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with UKG (Kronos/Ultimate) or similar WFM ERP systems is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, TestRail).
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in testing integrations between ERP, HR, payroll, and time & attendance systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
