We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Directorate of Student Life as a Student Experience Data Analyst. This role is critical in supporting ECU’s strategic goals by providing insights that improve student engagement, retention, and success.
In this role, you will collect, analyse, and interpret data related to student engagement, satisfaction, and retention. You will work closely with ECU’s Analytics team and teams in student facing roles to develop dashboards, reports, and predictive models to inform student support strategies. You will also collaborate with academic and professional staff to identify trends and opportunities for intervention and support the evaluation of student programs and initiatives using evidence-based approaches. In this role, it will also be important to ensure data integrity, compliance, and ethical use of student information and contribute to the development of a data-informed culture across the university.
We are looking for a curious and collaborative analyst with a passion for using data to drive positive change in the student experience. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are skilled at translating complex data into actionable insights. Benefits & Remuneration
This full time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $104,030 to $116,563 pa (HEW 7)plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
