**Intech are seeking a Systems Support Analyst to join their team.**

**About the Role**

The primary function of the Systems Support Analyst is to oversee and support a variety of technical and service-related deliverables. The primary duties of this role are performed in the Intech3 office, with occasional planned travel in support of client requirements.
- Developing new systems, which includes addressing any problems and validating results, as well as developing remedies by organising and assessing substitute workflow solutions.
- Creating reports on cost-benefit analyses for each upgrade that is suggested. reporting back on all advancements achieved and any obstacles encountered.
- Developing training processes and documentation and coach others how to use new systems, as well as overseeing the implementation of the new system including data migration.
- Provide training to end-users and developing skills across the client base.
- Budget management and efficient delivery of projects and BAU activities.
- Keep up to date with technical and industry developments.
- Provide advice to Service Delivery Managers for solution requirements and technical resolutions.

**About you**
- Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
- A degree in an education / technology field or 3 years’ experience in a similar position, with proven experience in Level 2 roles.
- Advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft products including Windows 10, Windows 2012/2016/2019 Server.
- Windows Registry
- Firewalls and Network filtering
- Common Plugins and Browsers
- Installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of operating systems, networks, and programs

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
