The Role
Play a key role in supporting a dynamic branch within a government department, where your organisational skills and professionalism will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. As the first point of contact, you'll provide high-level administrative assistance, manage competing priorities, and contribute to a collaborative and efficient workplace.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and executive support to ensure smooth branch operations
- Coordinate communication and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain departmental systems such as PDMS and Expense8
- Manage time-sensitive tasks, demonstrating flexibility and initiative
Desired Skills and Experience
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
- Experience using Microsoft Office and willingness to learn department-specific systems
