Your new company

We are working with multiple Federal Government Agencies who are seeking experienced APS4/APS5 Executive Assistants for contracts ranging from 6 to 18 months on a labour hire and non-ongoing basis.

Your new role

In these roles you will deliver executive support, including strategic diary management, scheduling meetings, arranging and coordinating travel, meeting preparation and quality assurance. You will prepare written correspondence and assist the broader team in undertaking general administration duties where required.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in these roles, you will be able to demonstrate recent prior experience as an Executive Assistant at the APS4 or APS5 level in the Federal Government. You will have very well-developed organisational skills and communication skills and will be an engaged and reliable team member. You must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security clearance.
