Western Work Force are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our client's team on a temporary basis, supporting recruitment activities across the mining and construction sectors.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screening and shortlisting applications
  • Conducting phone screenings and candidate interviews
  • Searching for suitable candidates through job boards and databases
  • Preparing and formatting CVs for client submissions
  • Organising pre-employment medicals and compliance documentation
  • Maintaining candidate records and ensuring data accuracy
  • Liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and clients to ensure smooth recruitment processes

About You:

  • Minimum 1+ years' experience in recruitment within the mining or construction industry
  • Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Available for an immediate start

What's On Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $50–$55 per hour + super
  • Monday to Friday working hours
  • Temporary position available until March, with the possibility of extension
