Senior Consultant

Our team is seeking a confident and motivated
communication and engagement professional
with around 5 years' experience in community and stakeholder engagement, and communication.

Based in
Subiaco, Perth
, you'll be part of our national communications and engagement team, joining a diverse, supportive and collaborative group working across a wide variety of projects for both government and private sector clients. In this role, you'll help shape meaningful outcomes for communities while supporting clients to deliver innovative and effective engagement programs.

About The Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will:

• Design, manage and deliver communications and engagement strategies for key WA infrastructure projects and policy programs.
• Develop and implement communications and engagement strategies that support successful project outcomes.
• Provide expert advice on communication and engagement approaches that promote transparency, inclusivity and trust.
• Support in bid-writing and proposal development.
• Bring a passion for building stronger connections between projects and communities.

About You
You will bring around
five years' experience
in developing and delivering communication and engagement strategies, particularly in relation to infrastructure projects. You will also demonstrate:

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex concepts into plain English for diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams and working effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including in construction environments.
• Excellent negotiation, liaison and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, combined with the capacity to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• A professional approach to handling confidential matters with discretion.
• Experience working on major infrastructure projects is desirable.
• Currently hold (or ability to apply for) base level Defence clearance
