**Your Opportunity**

As a Graduate Environmental Consultant, you will
- Work across both field and office-based duties, providing assistance in the research of information and the production of environmental reports relevant to your discipline.
- Under supervision you will undertake site investigations, site surveys, data management / interpretation, and assess environmental impacts.
- You will share knowledge with your peers, listen, consult with others and communicate proactively.
- Understand the importance of Client relationships and Client management as part of your ongoing training.
- You will be coached and encouraged to develop your industry knowledge and linkages.
- You will begin to learn quality standards, and to identify and report project risks.

You will be a driven and energetic professional, with a deep interest in the natural world, our environment and with an inquisitive mindset. You will love to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done, whether working as part of a team or using your own initiative. You’re keen to learn and are serious about progressing your environmental career and making a difference.

**You will have**:

- A Bachelor of Environmental Science / Ecology or equivalent environmental qualifications.
- Previous work experience in environmental science (e.g. obtained during studies) will be favourably considered
- Interest in, and ability to handle, exposure to a broad range of environmental issues and concepts
- Basic understanding of environmental legislation and planning policies;
- Open driving licence
