**Your new role**

We are currently seeking an Organisational Services Consultant and an Organisational Services Senior Consultant to join our Perth team. Suitable position will be determined based on experience and career progression interests.

As a Senior or Consultant in Organisational Services, you will play a pivotal role in providing a range of organisational psychology services to our clients and providing supervision and support to our passionate team. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by customizing and delivering evidence-based training workshops, conducting psychosocial risk assessments and culture reviews, administering psychometric assessments, providing coaching to individuals and groups, implementing specialist recruitment programs, providing career transition services and completing reports as required.

As a Senior or Consultant in the Organisational Services team at Altius Group, you'll have the unique opportunity to:

- Customize and deliver evidence-based training workshops to foster growth and development.
- Facilitate and conduct comprehensive organisational climate and culture reviews and psychosocial risk assessments.
- Provide coaching services to individuals and groups, supporting their personal and professional advancement.
- Utilize in-depth interpretative knowledge to administer psychometric assessments and assessment centers.
- Resolve conflicts and mediating disputes to foster positive and productive work relationships.
- Assisting in career transition services, facilitating smooth transitions for employees.
- Attend onsite visits to deliver exceptional services directly to our valued customers.
- Engage in business development activities, including scoping, consulting, and pr
