Our client is seeking an
**experienced Clinical Care Manager** to oversee the clinical operations and provide leadership to the clinical care team in their
**141-bed modern Aged Care facility located in Nedlands, WA.**

**The Role**
- Responsible for managing the clinical duties in a 141-bed Aged Care
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the General Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 4 years working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Registered Nursing qualification
