**About Project Human Resources**
- Project Human Resources supports individuals and organisations with services in Recruitment, Psychometric Testing, Career Transition Coaching and HR Consulting._

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for developing business across a diverse market sector from resources to retail and beyond. It is a business to business sales role in professional services and a key position that is essential for this company to achieve its future strategic objectives.

**The successful appointee will, amongst other tasks perform the following**:

- Establish networks and build relationships with industry decision makers
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations
- Represent the company at formal functions and events
- Create and maintain a library of marketing documentation
- Identify projects and ensure the company’s interest is registered and acknowledged to secure the opportunity to win work.

The role is ideally suited to a well-presented strong communicator with a track record of success in sales. Whilst experience in professional services would be highly regarded it is not essential. Tertiary qualifications in business, psychology or a related discipline are considered an advantage whilst proven experience developing and managing business relationships is mandatory.
