Working with one of Australia's largest sports, this organisation is experiencing peak demand, creating an outstanding opportunity for an experienced office coordinator to join the team. Close to the cafes and shops of Richmond and South Yarra, the team is seeking an organised and detail-oriented team member with a love of people. You'll help keep the office and team running smoothly, meet and greet visitors, and deploy your excellent administrative and organisational skills. With a 40% / 60% split of office coordination and administration, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the office.
  • Acting as the first professional point of contact for all visitors.
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and meeting rooms.
  • Providing administrative support to the team.
  • Coordinating internal team meetings and workshops.
  • Managing travel arrangements and accommodation.
  • Providing basic HR and finance administration.
  • Supporting relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Coordinating engaging team events and initiatives to foster collaboration and team spirit.

You will have:

  • Office coordination, administration or reception experience.
