Product Support Coordinator

As our Product Support Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in bringing ranges to life, supporting the Product Manager and Product Developers to deliver innovative, on-trend, and high-performing kids' footwear collections.
This role is perfect for someone with exceptional coordination skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for product who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Support the Product Manager and Product Developers across all stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and accuracy from concept to delivery.
- Manage and maintain product tools and resources including Seasonal Cost Summaries, Product Boards, and Features & Benefits documents.
- Coordinate showroom set-up, sample management, and product-related assets to support range reviews and handovers.
- Partner with internal teams, including China Office, Commercial, Planning, Marketing and Retail, to ensure timely communication and alignment across all milestones.
- Build and manage Range Boards, ensuring product imagery, pricing, and launch details are accurate.
- Assist in creating catalogues and briefing assets for Marketing and E-commerce use.
- Support the Product Team with material library maintenance, tooling documentation, and AP21 system accuracy.
- Track invoices, supplier communications, and QC updates, escalating key issues where needed.
- Champion organisation within the product space, ensuring samples, systems, and files are managed, maintained, and ready to go at every stage.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in product coordination, buying or merchandising within footwear, apparel or consumer goods.
- Exceptional time management, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (AP21 knowledge advantageous).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly proactive, with a solutions-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others and driving shared success.
