The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical
Ecommerce Coordinator

to join our team and optimise the performance of our digital platforms.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Website and App Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the WelleCo ecommerce sites and shopping apps, ensuring optimal functionality, usability, and performance.
- Amazon Management:

Co-ordinate efforts with our agency to grow our global Amazon channel, including stock management and storefront updates.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO):

Identify and implement strategies to improve online conversion rates through A/B testing, UX enhancements, product information optimisation, and data-driven insights.
- Performance Analytics:

Monitor and analyse key website metrics, including reviewing heat maps to provide actionable insights to drive growth.
- Digital Campaign Support:

Work with creative teams to produce high-performing digital assets, and implement campaign creative into DTC stores, marketplaces and mobile app.
- Customer Journey Optimisation:

Enhance the online shopping experience by optimising navigation, checkout flows, and personalised product recommendations.
- Platform & Tech Stack Management:

Work with developers and third-party vendors to maintain platform health, integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement new features.
- Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination:

Partner with supply chain teams to support forecasting, ensure stock availability, efficient fulfillment, and a seamless post-purchase experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ years

of experience in ecommerce, preferably within consumer goods
- Strong knowledge of Shopify and ecommerce tools
- Experience with website UX/UI best practices and CRO techniques, particularly with landing pages
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive performance improvements
- Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Passion for health, wellness, and premium consumer brands
