Who are we looking for?

We're on the lookout for a detail-driven, proactive Finance Coordinator. Someone who loves the numbers, understands the rhythm of the media industry, and takes pride in getting the details right.

As part of our Finance team, you'll play a key role in keeping Half Dome running smoothly. From managing supplier invoices, client billings, to reconciliations that power some of Australia's most exciting media campaigns.

You're known for your sharp time management, collaborative mindset, and genuine care for accuracy and improvement. You bring solid experience with Xero and Excel, and you know how to build trusted relationships across teams and stakeholders.

This is a part-time role (approx 16 hours per week), and we're flexible about how that looks. We'll work with you to find the rhythm that fits best. We work hybrid, splitting time between our Richmond office and home.

What Will You Be Doing?

In accounts payable, you'll:

  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end process from invoice to payment.
  • Manage employee expenses with care and accuracy.
  • Keep the accounts inbox up to date, resolving supplier queries quickly and helpfully.
  • Reconcile daily bank transactions in Xero to keep everything balanced and up to date.

In accounts receivable, you'll:

  • Partner closely with internal teams to process monthly client billing.
  • Manage reconciliations across multiple campaigns and media vendors, ensuring accuracy every step of the way.
