The Role

Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel, you will support the management of day-to-day compliance across our global locations while serving as the first point of contact for commercial teams on compliance matters. This is a strategic functional role focused on ISO coordination, compliance frameworks, and commercial support rather than administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

·       Policy and Governance Support:  Contribute to the review and implementation of each of our current policies.

·       Support internal teams with compliance queries and contract reviews to accelerate deal closure and improve sales cycle efficiency

·       Maintain the risk register, support risk assessments, migration and reporting.  Monitor emerging risks and build risk awareness across the organisation.

·       Support the implementation of frameworks to meet regulatory, legal and organisational standards, including coordinating implementation of industry-specific certifications as appropriate to the business

·       Supporting business continuity, risk management strategies, internal audit processes.

·       Coordinate the vendor agreement lifecycle including procurement processes, reviews, novation's, renegotiations and terminations

·       Research and recommend any new policies / accreditations that may improve the business position.

·       Support strategic initiatives including M&A due diligence, ESG compliance requirements, and expansion of compliance frameworks to international operations

·       Deliver compliance and risk- related training across the business.

·       Promote a proactive culture of quality, compliance and continuous improvement

About You

You have a strong background in compliance or accreditation: ideally regulatory or program delivery settings

Experience with ISO, ideally: ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO Environmental Management), ISO Information Security Management), and ISO Occupational Health and Safety Management).

Excellent written communication

You are organised, detail orientated, and confident engaging with stakeholders.

You have experience supporting commercial teams and understand the intersection between compliance requirements and business operations.

Qualifications & Experience

·       Tertiary qualifications in Business, Law, Risk Management or a related discipline preferred

·       Experience across ISO standards / certification

·       Preferred experience within a global, scaling organisation

·       Commercial and financial acumen with data-led decision making.

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management
