The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic Property Management team. Whether you're just starting out or looking to build on existing experience, this full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a well-supported, high-performing environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Daily property management operations
  • Communicate with tenants and landlords regarding enquiries, maintenance, and rent
  • Conduct entry, routine, and exit inspections
  • Support with lease renewals, rental increases, and compliance tasks
  • Prepare documentation and attend VCAT hearings where required
  • Coordinate property viewings and liaise with prospective tenants
  • Prepare and process leases, condition reports, and related documents
  • Provide administrative support across the property management team

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 year of experience in property management or a related role

    (Customer service, administration, or sales backgrounds will also be considered)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset
  • Current Agents Representative Certificate (required)
  • Valid Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Mandarin speaking preferred, but not mandatory
