At Invida Property Management, we're reshaping the rental experience with our innovative co-living model. We're currently on the lookout for a Leasing Agent in VIC who is highly motivated, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll play a key part in growing our portfolio by connecting tenants with their ideal homes, managing enquiries, hosting inspections, and building strong client relationships. If you're ambitious, love achieving results, and want to be rewarded for your performance, this is the role for you.

This is a part-time position offering a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses. We're looking for someone who brings initiative, ownership, and energy to the team, with plenty of room for professional growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage property enquiries, inspections, and leasing processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Drive results through proactive lead generation and follow-ups
  • Ensure seamless client experiences with professionalism and efficiency
About You
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A natural go-getter who thrives under pressure
  • Previous leasing/property management experience is preferred, but not essential
