The Role
We're looking for more than a Business Development Manager. This is a leadership opportunity for a senior professional ready to step up and take charge of the growth function within the business.
Working alongside the Director and supported by our Financial Controller, you'll have the autonomy to shape strategy, build systems, and drive outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with strong property industry experience who wants to run the function as if it were their own business - With the backing of a supportive leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the firm's business development and growth strategy end-to-end
- Drive new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Build, strengthen and manage relationships with Channel Partners, Financial Planners, Mortgage Brokers, Real Estate Agents and Property Marketers
- Negotiate and close high-value partnerships and deals
- Source, package, and position house & land projects for market demand
- Secure premium stock by partnering with developers
- Oversee growth reporting and strategy directly with the Director
About You
- Proven track record in senior BDM, property development or related growth roles
- A strong and established industry network
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results
- Exceptional commercial acumen, communication, and leadership skills
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset - Thrives with autonomy and ownership
- Ready to step into a leadership role and make a lasting impact
