Are you highly organised, proactive, and looking for an opportunity to support a dynamic leadership team? We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to provide high-level administrative, financial, and office management support to the Executive Director and management team within the Customer Strategy and Communications Division.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Division— overseeing procurement and invoicing activities, managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings and correspondence, , and liaising with a wide range of stakeholders. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to streamline processes will help drive efficiency and provide vital support to both leadership and the broader team.
About You
To excel in this role, you should be:
- Experienced in providing high-level administrative and office management support, with proven skills in invoicing, budget tracking, and procurement.
- A strong communicator with the ability to build positive relationships and liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- An analytical thinker with well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret and present information clearly.
- Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and operate with minimal supervision.
- A confident user of Microsoft Office with solid computer literacy to support efficient administration and reporting.
