We're now looking for an Inbound Sales Specialist to join our Sales & Marketing team. This is not your typical call centre or transactional sales role; it's a chance to play a pivotal part in helping Australians make one of life's biggest lifestyle decisions: choosing a retirement community they'll be proud to call home.

As the first point of contact for prospective residents and their families, you'll be the voice of Levande. Every conversation is an opportunity to build trust, understand needs, and create a positive first impression that reflects our values: Caring, Excellence, Trustworthiness.

You'll also support our sales team behind the scenes by keeping our online product listings up to date, managing our Friends to Neighbours referral program, and ensuring our Sales Hub is accurate and reliable.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online with professionalism and warmth
  • Building rapport with potential residents, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards a village tour
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring timely follow-ups that keep conversations moving
  • Managing product listings across Levande and external platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Supporting village events and open days by driving attendance and sharing feedback with Marketing
  • Playing an active role in our customer referral program and broader sales initiatives

What we're looking for

We're seeking someone who combines sales savvy with a genuine passion for people. To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally in retirement living, aged care, residential real estate, or another high-value, relationship-driven industry
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to connect with people of all backgrounds and build trust quickly
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, you'll be juggling multiple enquiries, systems, and processes at once
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and confidence with digital tools
  • A natural curiosity and drive to make every interaction meaningful
