We're hiring Inbound Sales Representatives to join the Customer Solutions Team for this leading national business. If you have a passion for helping customers and an interest in sales, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and high-energy environment

Your Role:
  • Fully onsite opportunity in vibrant Padstow call-centre.
  • Starting October 2025.
  • Handle 65-70 inbound calls daily, providing effective solutions to customers.
  • Book appointments for glass repairs and replacements.
  • Upsell value-added products to customers.
  • Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship to develop your sales and customer service skills.
  • Work in a structured, supportive environment where teamwork feels like family.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Experience in a sales customer-focused role (retail, call centre, hospitality, or phone sales experience is a plus).

Location & Training:
  • Padstow-based office with free onsite parking.
  • Full training provided – Full time training for the first 4 weeks, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
