We are looking for Christmas Casual Inbound Sales Consultants. Our office is based in Padstow, across South Sydney, South West Sydney, and along the M5 Airport line to join our Solutions Team based in Padstow.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an iconic leader in the glass industry and gain valuable experience in a supportive, fun, and fast-paced environment.

• Casual roles to commence from October onwards.

• Flexible shifts between Monday to Saturday, rostered between 8:00am and 10:00pm

• Casual Salary rate of $37.82 p/h + commission + super

• Take inbound calls and provide effective solutions to our customers

• Book appointments for vehicle glass repair or replacement

• Upsell our Value-Added Products

• Receive coaching and mentoring to build your skills

• Work in a team that feels like family

Perks of the role:

• Full Time training for 4 weeks, Monday to Friday from 9.00am - 5.00pm

• View your roster 4 weeks in advance

• Weekly pay, Quarterly Incentive payment.

• All day Breakfast available onsite and fun, family oriented team environment

• Stay the full festive season and receive a special end-of-season bonus as a thank you for your commitment

• High performing team members may also be offered opportunities to transition into permanent roles after the Christmas period.

 About Your Roster:

• Comprehensive training to set you up for success

• Initial training: Monday to Friday for 2 weeks, 9:00am – 5:00pm, Start Dates in October and November.

• Padstow-based with free onsite parking

• Hybrid work options may be available after the Christmas period for ongoing roles
