We are ramping up for our peak season and we are looking for Sales Consultants to join our Inbound call centre.

Our office is based in Padstow so travelling to Padstow works for you, take advantage of our free onsite parking.

Great areas to travel to Padstow include Bankstown, Illawong, Revesby, Holsworthy, Mascot, South Sydney, South West Sydney or even along the M5 Airport line.

This is a great opportunity for you to join an iconic leader in the glass industry and have fun whilst doing so. We focus on soft selling to our customer by providing them with solutions and booking appointments.

You will be expected to:

  • Take inbound calls and provide effective solutions to our customers.
  • Book appointments for customers to repair or replace their vehicle glass.
  • Upsell Value Added Products to ensure better visibility and clarity whilst driving.
  • Take on board coaching and mentoring to set you up for success and to develop your skills.
  • Work in a well structured environment, where you have visibility of your roster in advance and have future visibility of your hours of work.

About the Role:

  • Commencing rateof $30.57/hr +commission +super, with hourly rate increases within your first 12 months.
  • Initial training: Will be Monday to Friday for 4 weeks from 9.00am - 5.00pm.
  • Full Time 38 hours a week and must be available to work on a rotating roster between 8.00am to 10.00pm around your availability.
  • Weekend work and late shifts are available for those who want to increase their take home pay with shift penalties.
  • Comprehensive training and onboarding program to set you up for success

  • Experience working in a sales or contact centre environment is advantageous.
