Integrated Services QLD is on the hunt for a hardworking and customer-focused

Administration Manager to join our growing team.

About Integrated

Integrated Services QLD is a local, family-operated business with a reputation for

delivering outstanding service to our customers. We offer an incredibly broad range

of services to our clients, including joinery and cabinetry as well as Electrical, Air

Conditioning, Solar, Data and Security Solutions. These services mean we can

provide a wide range of solutions for our clients, and that our team are always

learning and able to grow their skills and capabilities.

About the role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a professional and welcoming

first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and visitors. This role in integral to

supporting the smooth running of the business and showroom by managing day-to-

day administrative tasks, client communications, and basic sales support. The

position also plays a key role in promoting the business through regular social media

activity and assisting clients with in-person product selections in the showroom.

To be successful in this role at Integrated, you must:

  • Be a team player

  • Be honest & reliable

  • Possess strong time management & decision-making skills

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic social media platforms (and

CANVA is preferred)

  • Have the ability and confidence to work independently and complete your own jobs

  • Basic knowledge and experience with Xero accounting software is advantageous

  • Take pride in your presentation

  • Be reliable and willing to work hard

  • Take pride in the quality of your work

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative, reception, or front-of-house role

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
