You'll be joining a national team of engineers, strategists, innovators, and commercially sharp minds—delivering exceptional results across flow control systems in water, mining, and infrastructure. You won't just be selling product. You'll be driving high-level technical solutions that matter.
Stand Out
- Inherit and lead a $10M+ client portfolio with a variety of key accounts across water, utilities, and the mining resource sector.
- Work directly with contractors, EPCs, operators, distributors, and engineering teams—building powerful commercial relationships.

You're a polished collaborator who values the people around you—support teams, technicians, admin, and leadership—because you know that consistent communication, mutual respect, and showing up for your team is what builds trust and long-term success.

- Solving technical challenges—interpreting drawings, flow data, and pressure specs, and designing custom solutions with valves and actuation, while offering elite technical OEM capabilities.
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.
- Representing a globally respected, engineering-led brand, known for its excellence as the country's fastest-growing market dominator.
Business Development Manager:
- An experienced technical sales professional, ideally with exposure to valves, flow control, pumping, or piping systems—especially in Water or Mining.
- You're mechanically minded and can confidently discuss media types, flow rates, and pressure specs with engineers and project managers.
- You're relationship-driven, commercially astute, and known for delivering beyond expectations.
- You're ready to step away from rigid structures or disappointing employers and work with a global business that values depth and excellence.
- You bring strong communication skills across CRM, phone, written proposals, and in-person conversations.
- You're ready for real career progression—and excited to contribute to something meaningful.
- Sick of the red tape and driven to enjoy your craft with fewer rigid limitations.
