It's an exciting time for us as we experience organic growth, as a result of this growth, we are currently seeking experienced and committed Pre-Sales Engineer with demonstrated experience in assisting with delivering RF Telecommunication Solutions into the mining industry.
About the Role
The Pre-Sales Engineer provides consulting services and presales support services for the specification and design of tailored solutions for Titan ICT's existing and new/potential clients. This role works closely with the sales, technical and project management teams to provide clear communication on client requirements and the timely delivery of client solutions.
Requirements of the role, but not limited to;
- Provision of technically accurate designs, that include hardware and labour estimation.
- Support of the consultancy and the sales team with return briefs and proposals
- Generation of bill of materials (BOM) and associated pre-sales documentation.
- Work closely with the Engineering team to develop solution designs.
- Identify the standardisation of design and documentation to work more efficiently.
- Own the technicalities of the solutions the team delivers.
- Maintain and develop existing relationships with vendors and industry bodies.
Who we are looking for
- Relevant qualifications, vendor certifications and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Pre Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect
- Demonstrated knowledge in the design, delivery and commissioning of PVT LTE, DMR and Microwave Radio operational telecommunications equipment/infrastructure specific to mission critical mining environments.
- Prior experience in designing, implementing, commissioning and troubleshooting leading edge technology solutions utilised in a mining environment
- Excellent design skills
- Exceptional technical documentation skills
- Previous experience in a consultative/client focused role.
- Excellent time management skill
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical internal and external stakeholders.
