Harcourts Greater Melton has just opened its doors, and we're looking for a driven and ambitious Property Manager / Business Development Manager to help us establish and help grow our Property Management department.

What You'll Be Doing;

As one of our foundation team members, you'll play a dual role:

Setting up the Department – Help establish systems, processes, and service standards that will define our property management department.

Business Development – Prospect, pitch, and win new landlords, bringing fresh managements into the business while also converting office leads.

Client Care – Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords and investors, ensuring they receive best-in-class service.

Marketing & Growth – Drive creative campaigns, represent our brand at local events, and showcase Harcourts Greater Melton as the agency of choice.

Portfolio Support – Manage an initial portfolio of properties as the department grows, ensuring compliance and outstanding service delivery.

What We're Looking For;

  • Experience in property management and/or business development.

  • A people-person with confidence, charisma, and a solutions-focused attitude.

  • Organised, driven, and motivated by results.

  • Current Real Estate Licence or Agent's Representative Certificate (required).

  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
