Are you a passionate Property Manager looking for the next step in your Property Management career?

We are seeking dynamic individual who is willing to invest time and effort in the Ground Property brand of professionalism, service and discretion and in building and maintaining strong relationships. With your property management background coupled with a positive can-do attitude you'll provide efficient, professional and dedicated service ensuring customer service levels are continually achieved. We are very much about quality over quantity. Your talent for exceptional relationship and communication skills, a strong attention to detail and well developed organisational skills will see you succeed. You'll be someone who recognises and responds to competing priorities creating an effective office environment.

The Role:

Ground Property provide a diverse working environment and your role will vary daily and may include:

  • Ensuring you maintain positive relationships with all clients and communicate regularly.
  • Conduct all Open for Inspections
  • Complete tenant application process including references checks
  • Conduct detailed ingoing and outgoing condition reports for all properties.
  • Arranging and attend all routine inspections
  • Attending to urgent maintenance as required within company policy and legislative requirements.
  • General Administration and assistance to the team
  • Have a strong desire to provide 1st Class customer service to our clients.
  • Must be well spoken, well presented, have fantastic organisation skills and show a high level of initiative.
  • 5 days a week Inc Saturday

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of relationship management and ability to build trust and respect
  • REIV agents representative certificate (Preferable)
  • Current Police Check
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel and Word
