About us

Ashford College is a CRICOS-registered vocational college with a growing footprint in Melbourne. We're looking for a proactive
Marketing Executive
to grow our brand presence, build strong relationships with education agents, and drive student enquiries and enrolments.

The role (what you'll do)

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to promote Ashford College programs.
  • Build, manage and grow relationships with
    education agents
    : regular visits, training, collateral, and performance reviews.
  • Represent Ashford at fairs, info sessions, and agent events; coordinate campus visits and tours.
  • Create and manage content (social, EDMs, brochures, case studies) aligned to our brand guidelines.
  • Track campaign and agent performance (leads, conversions, CAC, ROI) and report monthly KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Admissions and Student Support to ensure seamless applicant experience.
  • Keep marketing assets, agent lists and activity logs accurate and up to date.

About you

  • Minimum 1 year
    experience in marketing, partnerships, or business development (education sector preferred).
  • Strong relationship-building skills and confidence presenting to partners/agents.
  • Solid grasp of digital marketing basics (social, email, landing pages, tracking).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Highly organised, outcome-driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
  • Melbourne-based
    and able to travel locally for agent meetings and events (driver's licence preferred).
  • Knowledge of the Australian international education landscape/CRICOS is a plus.
