About Us

Marchon Australia are launching two exciting new sunglass collections into the Australia and New Zealand market – Roxy and Quiksilver Eyewear. Both collections sit in the fast-growing entry-level price point sunglass and snow goggle category. We couldn't be happier with the quality, design competitiveness and appeal of both collections.

Our brands are supported by a dedicated sales and marketing team, strong retailer programs, fixtures, and promotional support.

The Opportunity

We are seeking
experienced sales agents
to represent and grow these brands across the following territories:

  • New South Wales
  • Victoria / South Australia / Tasmania
  • Western Australia

This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with a company that values relationships, rewards results, and supports agents with national marketing campaigns, retailer training programs, shop fixtures, and incentives to drive sell-through.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record as a sales agent in the eyewear, accessories, sports, or fashion industry.
  • Strong existing relationships with retailers in your territory (fashion, surf, sport, department stores, independents).
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule while delivering results.
  • Enthusiasm for brand-building and supporting retailers with training and activation.
