Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Buyers Agent located in Perth, WA with remote work from home. The Buyers Agent will be responsible for representing clients' interests in finding and purchasing properties, offering expert advice and guidance throughout the entire buying process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, scheduling and attending property inspections, negotiating offers, coordinating transactions, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service skills
  • Valid Real Estate License of Registration
  • Experience in Residential Real Estate and Buyer Representation
  • Proven Sales skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using real estate CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is a plus
