About The Role

Bring your drive and proactive approach to a role where you'll collaborate with and support a high paced,  top-performing agent. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate sales or sales administration, a deep knowledge of the local Perth market, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. If you have real estate experience and are looking to learn and grow into a sales representative role in the future, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting activities to generate leads through phone calls and door knocking
  • Responding to enquiries via email, phone, and SMS
  • Liaising with potential buyers
  • Attending home opens, private viewings, and auctions
  • Attending inspections (final, building, pest inspections etc.)
  • Enter appraisals into nurture cloud, appraisal follow-up & tracking
  • Preparing pre-listing packages
  • Anniversary and seasonal gift drops
  • Database management, data entry and contact management
  • General administration support
  • Diary management, organising and facilitating appointments, meetings and inspections
  • Pipeline management
  • Letterbox material preparation and distribution
  • Reporting, collating and distributing various reports as needed
  • Prepare & place/collect weekly directional signs
  • General appointments and duties set by the sales representatives
  • Attending any training as required
About You

The successful applicant must have the following attributes:

  • Minimum 12 months industry experience in either real estate sales or sales administration
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Vehicle & unrestricted WA drivers licence
  • Real Estate Registration
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Initiative and drive
