In this role, you'll be at the heart of our sales process—coordinating all aspects of property sales and administration while providing top-notch support to our high-performing team. Every day will be different, and you'll play a crucial part in ensuring our sales campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinating sales campaigns from listing through to settlement
  • Managing contracts, compliance, and client documentation
  • Liaising with buyers, sellers, photographers, settlement agents, and contractors
  • Assisting with marketing, advertising, and open home preparation
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales team

What we're looking for:

  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive team player who thrives on collaboration
  • Previous real estate or property experience is highly regarded (but not essential)
