Yarrawood Estate is seeking a qualified Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team​.

Yarrawood is a family owned, independent winery, located in the heart of the picturesque Yarra Valley wine region.

Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm daily.  Our Café / Restaurant specialises in modern Australian cuisine and is popular with both locals & visitors to the region.

Essential to the role:

· Trade qualification:  Commercial Cookery Certificate 3

· years of relevant work experience in a Chef de Partie role & similar cuisine.

· Full time commitment including working both weekend days.

· Independent transport to and from the workplace.

· Full ongoing right to work in Australia.

Candidates are required to display the following attributes:

· Drive and dedication to providing quality and consistent dining experiences.

· Capability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment & maintain a clean and tidy workspace.

· Good communication skills, positive attitude and be a team player.

· Reliability & punctuality.

· Ability to follow company procedures and policies, work collaboratively with and report directly to the Head Chef.

· Flexibility and willingness to cover all sections when necessary including assisting kitchen hands when required.
