About The Opportunity:

We are looking for talented Pizza Chefs and Cooks to be a part of the team at The Observatory - an all-day eatery located in South Yarra just outside the Botanical Gardens.

Part-time and casual positions available. You must be highly motivated and focused, with excellent attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure and work independently.

Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Pizza Experience and ability to make and hand stretch pizza dough
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passionate about food, people, hospitality.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Adaptable to change.
  • Able and willing to work shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
