Owner Michael Bacash is regarded as one of Australia's finest Seafood Chefs and has been sourcing and cooking the best seafood Australia has to offer for well over 20 years.

Help run the kitchen of a restaurant that is already established. Build on a great reputation and help move us to the next level.

In this role you will:

  • Demonstrate a commitment to total customer satisfaction
  • Undertake every aspect & responsibility of running the Kitchen
  • Driving the venue & striving for excellence
  • Participate in maintaining the kitchen to the highest cleanliness standards
  • Mentor & train junior staff

About You

The successful applicant will have experience in .

We need a leader that is energetic, enthusiastic and wanting to prove themselves, most of all, someone talented and passionate about creating not only great food but a wonderful environment with a strong team.

You will have:

  • The ability to undertake any section of the kitchen
  • Co ordinate and communicate effectively to run a service
  • Minimum 2 years experience at a similar level  in a proven establishment, with great references.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding time-management skills
  • Experience working in fine dining or smart casual restaurants.
  • Desire to take full control
