We're hiring an experienced Chef or Cook for our Indian restaurant

Are you a passionate and skilled chef with a love for authentic Indian cuisine? We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join our kitchen team. We are a well-established restaurants known for our delicious and traditional Indian dishes, and we're seeking someone who can uphold and elevate our culinary standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking a wide range of traditional Indian dishes.
  • Managing kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and food safety.
  • Ensuring the highest quality of food and presentation.
  • Working collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen and front-of-house staff.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as an Indian chef or cook.
  • In-depth knowledge of spices, curries, tandoori, and other Indian cooking techniques.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen.
