Bringing a touch of 'Southern California' above the heart of Melbourne. Beverly is an elevated outdoor rooftop that encapsulates a restaurant and bar, serving Southern Californian-inspired cuisine, freshly prepared and served over the breathtaking panoramic surroundings of Melbourne city's heart.

Our epic location for this drink-and-dine experience is the rooftop, level 24, of 627 Chapel Street, South Yarra.

YOUR ROLE

We're seeking professional and experienced culinary talent to join our talent pool.

Various roles are available across Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, apprentice & kitchen porter. Full-time and casual roles available.

Commis Chef positions require a minimum of 2+ years experience.

Chef de Partie must have at least 3 years of experience.

  • Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role.
  • Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools and processes.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Great time management skills.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
