We're on the lookout for a driven and coachable Property Investment Consultant (Trainee) to join our Southport-based team. This role is ideal for someone hungry to build a career in property, sales, and finance—with a clear pathway to six-figure earnings, exceptional mentorship, and a supportive, high-performance culture.

What You'll Get

  • Initial Engagement:

    • 18 hours per week @ $35.50/hour (inclusive of super)

    • Flexible schedule across Monday–Thursday

    • High performers may access additional hours and bonuses early on

  • Progression After First Milestone:

    • After reaching 6 completed sales, transition to a fixed weekly salary of $827.16 super

    • Continue to earn uncapped commissions across multiple points in our client journey

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE):

    • Year 1: $100,000

    • Year 2: $150,000

    • Year 3: $200,000

  • Comprehensive Training:

    • Direct mentorship from our Managing Director and senior sales team

    • Full exposure to finance, property, tax, strategy, and buyer advocacy

    • Pathway to conducting high-value strategy meetings and presenting live investment opportunities

Your Career Development Pathway

Month 1–3:

  • Phone-based training in lead engagement and discovery calls

  • Mastering the language of property investment and wealth building

Month 3–6:

  • Begin running discovery meetings with prospective clients

  • Learn to use our proprietary investment strategy tools

Month 6–9:

  • Deliver full strategy meetings and guide clients through investment pathways

Month 9–12:

  • Present live properties through our in-house buyer advocacy model

  • Begin handling end-to-end property investment sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact warm leads generated through digital campaigns and referral partners

  • Conduct engaging discovery sessions with prospective clients

  • Guide clients through the investment process and introduce relevant services

  • Hit and exceed sales targets with full support from admin and operations teams

  • Participate in regular training, role plays, and progress reviews
