What's the role?
Elevate your career as our new Property Manager for our innovative build-to-rent community located in Southport. We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee operations of your own portfolio, cultivate resident relationships, and ensure exceptional living experiences in our community. If you're detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and passionate about nurturing your residents, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:
Working collaboratively within a team environment
Nurture customer tenant relationships within your portfolio
Exclusively managing tenant expectations, entry, exit & routine inspections
Arrears Management adhering to RTA Compliance
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, without dealing with individual Property Owners.
Dedicated Facilities team to handle all your tenant’s maintenance requirements.
No trust accounting, leasing or renewals required as we have a dedicated team to handle these elements.

**Qualifications**:
Experience in Property Management, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ambitious and working within a team environment
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Customer service oriented, working autonomously
Property Tree software, advantageous
Must hold a current Queensland Property Managers Certificate
