**About the Opportunity**

As our newest **Property Manager, **you will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced property manager with over 21 years of industry experience in a small, family-owned and operated boutique office in the heart of the Gold Coast.

You will be responsible for maintaining **a portfolio of 100-150 properties, that will grow over time.**
The role will suit someone that has a genuine passion for property management and can deliver an extremely high level of customer service.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Start to end management of a growing portfolio of 100-150 properties
- Maintaining accurate communication records
- Relief front of house, greeting clients and answering phones
- Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
- Assisting with trust accounting where required
- Provide excellent communication to all clients

**About You**
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a good phone manner
- Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain and provide an elite customer experience
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- An ability to help clients solve problems, and think outside the square
- Can work well under pressure, and thrive in a high paced, exciting and challenging environment
- Proactive, punctual, and reliable
- Excellent personal presentation and grooming
- Highly organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail
- Work well within a team
- Work well within the company vision of ‘people are at the heart of everything we do’
- Fun approach with a sense of humour
- Enjoys being part of a hard-working, fun, high achieving, supportive team
- Local area knowledge is preferable
