We are on the lookout for a
**Customer Care Agent** to join our department in
**Southport**. The role is instrumental to our core business of delivering professional strata management services to our clients. You’ll join a team that prides itself on having fun while working hard to be the best in the industry.

**Objectives**:

- Provide excellent customer service by being informative, courteous and professional to all clients.
- Confidently manage customer expectations.
- Demonstrate initiative and take responsibility.
- Perform all tasks in the best interests of the Strata Scheme.
- Ensure all data is entered into our systems in an accurate and timely manner.
- Research, identify and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
- Take up to 120 inbound calls in a working day.

**What makes you stand out from the rest?**
- You have at least 1-year experience dealing with customers and providing a high level of service in a fast-paced environment that requires initiative, being proactive, and multitasking.
- High School Certificate required.
- You recognise the value of your role as a key player in providing front line support to our customers.
- You enjoy working with technology and are quick to become proficient at new technologies.
- You always provide friendly service and enthusiastic guidance to our customers.
- You demonstrate strong listening skills and have strong experience in problem-solving and talking customers through resolution over the phone.
- You respond to all customer requests for information on a timely basis.
- You ensure that all customer records are accurate and timely when entered into the system.
- With training, you demonstrate a good awareness of the operations, clients, etc.
- You work well with other internal departments.
- Present a can-do attitude when faced with challenging customer situations and know when and how to ask for support.
- Background in real estate or other professional services will be highly regarded
